TinyML model zoo: MV2-tiny, KWS, Person Detect .pte artifacts

Description

Publish pre-exported .pte model artifacts for the TinyML model zoo. These serve as ready-to-deploy references and test fixtures.

Acceptance Criteria

• Pre-built INT8 .pte files published for: MV2-tiny, KWS (DS-CNN), Person Detect
• Each model validated on at least one Cortex-M target
• Models hosted in repo or linked from documentation
• Model metadata (input shape, quantization, target accuracy) documented
