Description

Prototype the driver interface from the unified backend design, demonstrating that multiple accelerator libraries can plug in as interchangeable drivers.

Acceptance Criteria

• Prototype code demonstrating driver registration for >= 2 backends
• Same model runs through unified interface on multiple targets
• Findings documented to inform H2 execution
