Mupliple licenses

In the setup.py file it is stated that the python_qt_binding library is released under the following 3 licenses.
        'License :: OSI Approved :: BSD License',
        'License :: OSI Approved :: GNU Library or Lesser General Public License (LGPL)',
        'License :: OSI Approved :: GNU General Public License (GPL)',

In the LICENSE file it only talks about the BSD library
