0.11.8 makes use of doc_auto_cfg which was removed for 1.92

The following two commits in the repo:

remove the remaining uses of doc_auto_cfg but are not part of any stable release.

For context, this prevents building the docs for the rust bindings of glib based libraries using gtk-rs, for example, the failing CI job https://gitlab.gnome.org/msandova/soup3-rs/-/jobs/6049005 for https://gitlab.gnome.org/World/Rust/soup3-rs/-/merge_requests/36.

Would it be possible to backport the required changes and do a small release?

Do you know why this is affecting you?

For docs.rs, they

• don't document dependencies
• they only pass --cfg docsrs to rustdoc

So doc_auto_cfg should only affect env_loggers documentation and not the documentation of those who depend on it.

If you are intentionally building differently than docs.rs, could you help me understand why?

After some debugging I realized there was a rogue RUSTFLAGS: --cfg docsrs on the project. Sorry for the noise
