Adding pipette function (colour selection function)

Description of requested feature:

With a pipette function it's possible to choose the colour of a selected pixle within a picture and see the colour informations (RGB, CYM, brightness etc.)

Additionally it could be helpful, when choosing the pipette function, the mouse cursor changes to a "crosshair cursor" additionally with a magnifier to enlarge the pixel selection within a picture.

Reasons for adding feature:

It's helpful to selected a colour within the picture and use that colour for drawing lines, arrows, forms/shapes or use the selected colour for adding text.

Extra information, such as Shutter version, operating system and ideas for how to implement:

The pipette functionality is a basic functionality in graphic/picture manipulating software solutions.

Thanks for your answer. I dint't see the colour picker in the colour selection dialouge.

But, is it possible to add this functionality to the the toolbar (line, textmarker, rectangle, circle, arrow, text eg.).
It's helpful to get the colour informations (RGB, CMY...)
