How to change those radio button(first picture) into dropdown list(second picture) when the device is plugin into your pc or laptop?

Hope everyone is well all day.

This picture is an HTML page that I have created. Now I want to change those radio buttons into a dropdown list like the picture below.
In this dropdown list, when an external camera plugin into your pc/laptop, how to let it auto-show the device name and device ID?

Because with code in this webpage below it can function well and I need to do something like this. Can anyone give me some advice or correction? Thank you all for your help.
