Subject: [PATCH] chore(release): 0.10.0-next.2

Pre-release: dependency updates and audit overrides, per-model param docs (#119), v2 install snippet and cache path (#126), cursor_refresh_models param ids, repaired weekly model-data drift check, and regenerated model limits and costs. Cuts the CHANGELOG section, including the user-visible cost and context changes.
