Summary

Move stale root .md files to docs/archive/, organize role configs, reduce CLAUDE.md.

Actions

• Move stale CI/report .md files to docs/archive/root/
• Move specialized role configs to examples/role-configs/
• Remove stale config patches
• Reduce CLAUDE.md from ~1043 lines to ~500

Verification

• cargo run -p terraphim_server still finds default configs
• All doc links in README.md resolve
• CI workflows don't reference moved files

PR #632 created. Moved 8 stale .md files to archive, 12 specialized configs to examples/role-configs/.
