Extra attributes are not conserved after Diffany run

Attributes connected to an input Network do not seem to be transferred to the corresponding output networks.

As far as I checked, it seems that Network.nodeAttributes stays empty for the output network.

the method Network.defineCommonAttributes is called whenever a new ConsensusNetwork or DifferentialNetwork is created, but it only keeps those attributes that are present in all input networks. Are you sure this was the case when you were testing this?
