Upgrade NuxtUI to v4.2.x

TLDR;

• Basically, we're on v4.0.0-alpha.0 of nuxtui and we get some neat features we can customize from the newer versions of nuxtui.

For example, in v4.1+, they:

• max number of toasts on the screen
• stacked toasts
• duration of toasts

Note

Some of these features (duration, stacked toasts) don't have a version tag listed on their docs. However, those features don't work on our current version either. I didn't investigate whether it's related to our standalone component architecture or if it's because they just didn't document the version they added the feature in.

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Yes. Whenever I get a bunch of notifications, 5 toasts pop up and take up the entire screen. Also, sometimes they are on my screen for too long!

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like to be able to select the number of toasts I can add in the webgui notification settings

Describe alternatives you've considered

• can disable notifications altogether
• reduce the duration of notifications
• stack notifications
• truncate long notifications (already implemented in current refactor)
