Description

In the ArgoCD plugin page, we tell users how to configure ArgoCD using inclusion/exclusions:

The usage of exclusion/inclusion should be replaced with the documentation here: https://docs.upbound.io/manuals/spaces/howtos/self-hosted/gitops/#configure-argo-cd. The usage of resource.respectRBAC is better and easier to maintain.

We should either have the ArgoCD configuration be the same on both pages or link to the correct configuration (https://docs.upbound.io/manuals/spaces/howtos/self-hosted/gitops/#configure-argo-cd)
