Workspace library

I am unable to load a workspace library directly from settings.json, which is possible in VSCode. It is a necessity for me to load dependencies so custom functions get recognized without them being on the remote server I work on.

I'm not aware of known issues with the workspace.library settings, and it seems to work as expected on my system.

Could you share more information about your setup so we can better understand the problem?

Specifically:

• your current settings.json conf
• the Zed version you're using and OS
• what behavior you're seeing in Zed, e.g. missing completions, diagnostics, any relevant logs from LuaLS (CTRL+ALT+L), etc.

Its a remote ssh server, but workspace library is local on my notebook

I'm not familiar with SSH remote dev, but seeing as language servers run on the remote server under this workflow, unfortunately I would say the workspace library must be present on the remote filesystem instead, and configured accordingly in the remote settings. Maybe drop by the Zed Discord to get a definitive answer from the #remoting-feedback or #support channel?

I'm not entirely sure why this would appear to work in VS Code, as my understanding is that language servers also run on the remote host when using the Remote - SSH extension.
