I think this actually used to be the default behavior until 1.18. I just installed 1.17.15b and new tabs open in the same space like I want rather than the blank "default" space. Hopefully this becomes an option (unless there already is one that I'm not finding) because this new behavior is personally super unintuitive and kinda breaks my preferred workflow |

Is there any way to change the default behavior of dragging a tab out of Zen to create a new window? Right now it opens to a separate "default" space without any of my essentials. I want it to open another window of my current space (I already have the "Sync only pinned tabs in workspaces" option enabled)
I can't even click the "Move to" button and select the space, because that just moves the tab right back to the existing window rather than converting the new window to the space I selected.
The only thing I can do is manually create a new window by clicking the 3 dots in the top right, then drag the tab over to the new window
Honestly I don't really use the spaces feature, so if possible I would be fine with disabling it entirely. It seems like that option has been removed for a while though
I'm on 1.19.1b
