.gitignorehasARCHITECTURE.md(an April placeholder). On case-insensitive macOS it also matchesdocs/architecture.md, so the new file was never committed. Separately,docs/testing/pr-integration.mdlinks three.logfiles that*.logkeeps out of the repo..gitignore:ARCHITECTURE.md→/ARCHITECTURE.md(root only).docs/architecture.md: added, built from the Mission and Module map sections ofdocs/archive/2026-10-06/agent-guide.md, the targetsdocs/agent-context-migration.jsonnames for it.docs/testing/pr-integration.md: the three.loglinks are plain text now;report.jsonandsidecar.ndjsonstay linked.No code changes. With
docs:checkpassing, this PR's CI is the first full test run of the reorganizedmainon GitHub.
