Adds an opt-in GetXAPI adapter for publishing X posts with service and account credentials. The adapter preserves submitted text, rejects empty or oversized variants, reads the documented nested tweet ID, and returns a live URL only after the service confirms success. Remote error bodies are excluded from logs to avoid recording credentials.
Also updates the lockfile and minimum MCP SDK/YAML versions to patched releases; npm audit reports zero vulnerabilities.
Validation: six adapter tests pass, including credential checks, response handling, Unicode text, and secret-safe errors. GitHub CI passes the build, tests, and MCP initialization check. No live posts were made.
