chore: prepare v1.0.28 release metadata

This PR prepares the repository for the next release by aligning frontend version metadata to 1.0.28.
It updates the release-critical version files so tag-based release automation can pick up a consistent version state.

• Version synchronization

  • Bumped frontend/package.json version from 1.0.27 to 1.0.28.
  • Bumped root package entry in frontend/package-lock.json to 1.0.28.

• Integrity metadata refresh

  • Regenerated frontend/package.json.md5 to match the updated package.json.
