javascript: merge the engine into main #577

Description

@swapnilpaliwal-sd

Tracking #456. The JavaScript engine (PR #472, branch javascript-engine-reshape) is code-complete for its defined scope and evaluated; this task is to land it on main.

What merges

graph/javascript/ (projections, containment, resolution, expression resolution, call-edge generation; souffle/ declarations generated from the parser schema; staging templates), graph/test/javascript/ (19-case regression suite with compiler adjudication, the tsc oracle and per-site scorer, the execution-oracle torture program and the real-application harness), bin/axiomcode test javascript, the JavaScript adapter and vocabulary in graph/bundle/.

Evidence

  • suite 19/19 (bash graph/test/javascript/run-tests.sh --oracle); every site still missing is named in a known-missing file (a setter's parameter, an inner destructured default, a concatenated key)
  • development corpus, 15 projects, 9,867 compiler-decided client→client sites: exact 0.985 / recall 0.998 / precision 1.000, conservation loss 0
  • held-out corpus, 4 projects, 9,649 sites (validation only): exact 0.938 / recall 0.989 / precision 0.999
  • execution oracles: torture 0.982, real application with its real dependencies 0.980
  • the parser fix javascript parser: the four parser-blocked issues, default class targets, dotted superclasses, every re-export's import, destructuring paths #494 is in; PD-JS-3, -7, -8, -10 closed and their workarounds retired

Not part of this task

The CI gate (#418) and the engine build/publish (#478) are modified to cover JavaScript — the gate runs all four suites, the build produces a JavaScript engine per platform — but are NOT merged here; they land together after the C# engine.

Done when

#472 is squash-merged to main, its branch deleted, and the tracking issues it implements (#456–#467) closed against the merge commit.
