This pull request introduces a new GitHub Actions workflow for automated building and deployment of a Docker container to Azure Container Instances, as well as adding a placeholder file for testing pull requests. The main focus is on setting up continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) for the project.
CI/CD Workflow Setup:
.github/workflows/main.ymlto automate the process of checking out code, logging into Azure, building and pushing a Docker image, and deploying it to Azure Container Instances on every push.Testing and Documentation:
Test.txtas a placeholder to facilitate code review and testing of the pull request process.
