P2 Typos version is not fixed

Changing the typos revision from v1.50.1 to v1 means the version installed by developers and CI depends on what v1 points to at install time. If that ref advances, identical commits can get different spelling results, making pre-commit failures harder to reproduce and debug. Please pin it to a specific release.
