This PR polishes achieving-atomic-inserts.mdx only.
The Example lead-in now tells readers they can run the example below interactively via the fiddle link, instead of the shorter “try it at fiddle” wording.
Under References, the related blog post link is restored as a normal list bullet (it had been left inside an HTML comment, so it would not render).
