@Blargian note, I've also removed the beta label from Managed ClickStack. It's now in GA.
Includes an OTel generator example as well that was relevant to the getting started.

Adds Managed ClickStack nurture/onboarding docs: an unlisted Setting up your OpenTelemetry Collector guide (ingestion user, Docker gateway collector,
otelgensmoke test, UI verification) and an unlisted Monitoring Kubernetes guide (Helm cluster + node collectors forwarding OTLP to the gateway).Documents synthetic telemetry with
otelgen(managed vs OSS tabs) and links it from the sample datasets index; the collector setup guide cross-links to that page.Managed ClickStack is presented as GA by removing the beta badge and beta callout from the managed deployment and getting-started pages.
Small docs-site tweaks:
