Moves this repo onto the shared CoSchedule workflows and standard files in CoSchedule/platform, the same change coschedule got in CoSchedule/coschedule#24811. The old per-repo copies of those workflows, the PR and issue templates (the org defaults apply instead) and the Required Code Reviews setup are removed.
