Looks like two bummers.

First, the ampere_gpu CI runs seems to be taking much longer. I suspect that might be the cufinufft version change. That should be easy enough to check/reconcile assuming that's the issue.

Second is that we appear to be hitting some errors (long running tests) in an area of CL code I had concerns about previously. I'll need to confirm that, and we may need to defer a fix for the time being.
