An Omarchy theme named for the obake, the shape-shifting ghosts of Japanese folklore: paper lanterns over a koi pond at dusk, haunted by the ghosts of Edo-period woodblock prints. Dusk-indigo surfaces, lantern-lit paper text and a single lantern-amber accent carry the desktop, while each wallpaper is one figure from a public-domain print glowing out of the evening sky.

Every colour comes from the wallpapers, which hold only two families of light: the lantern's warm one and the dusk's violet one. The koi, the lantern, its glow and its wick are measured at their peak in the prints; the cool colours are four lights of the same dusk, ghost fire, moonmist, dusk glow and a ghost's robe, never more saturated than the sky itself.
It is not a generic warm-on-dark palette. The ground is the exact indigo the figures stand on, there is no white anywhere, and terminal slots follow the scene instead of the rainbow: red is the koi, orange is the lantern, and green, cyan, blue and magenta are all dusk.
All wallpapers are 3840x2160. They are cut-outs from public-domain and CC0 prints, recolored with the theme palette; the theme files themselves are MIT licensed.
