Goal

Closes AND-1614 — core 5.1.1 is published only to stream-io-repo.com.

Implementation

• streamAndroidCore 5.0.2 → 5.1.1.
• dependencyResolutionManagement adds https://stream-io-repo.com, declared last.

Testing

• ./gradlew :stream-feeds-android-client:compileDebugKotlin --refresh-dependencies --info: core 5.1.1 .pom/.module/.aar and the annotations jar downloaded from stream-io-repo.com. BUILD SUCCESSFUL.
• CI on this PR resolves the same way.
