- Re-introduces "viewer" role for collections
- Add publishing options for collections
- Migrates password protected collections to unpublished collections (happens on the server)
- Allows transferring ownership for collections
* Remove password options for collections (deprecated) * Enable "online" field for collections in visibility and access * Allow editing collection metadata from dropdown for editors and owners * Add transfer ownership for collections
