Summary

The Sign an app package using SignTool article described signing bundles but didn't mention the recursive behavior: when you sign an .msixbundle or .appxbundle, SignTool automatically signs all packages within it. Users have been separately signing inner packages unnecessarily.

Added a NOTE callout immediately after the intro paragraph to surface this behavior.

Fixes OS bug #35987883

SignTool's bundle-signing behavior (recursively signing all inner
packages) was undocumented on this page. Added a NOTE callout to
clarify that signing an .msixbundle or .appxbundle automatically
signs all packages contained within it.

Closes #35987883

When signing .msixbundle or .appxbundle, SignTool automatically signs all
contained packages. Developers have been signing inner packages separately
unnecessarily.

Ported from #468 (fixes OS bug #35987883)
