Rewrites the BTCPay Server project page to match the new structure from OpenSats/content#6. The old description was a single paragraph of marketing copy. The new version covers what BTCPay does, links to real-world case studies, explains why it needs grant funding, and outlines recent and upcoming releases.

  • Added "Why fund it?" section explaining the no-revenue-model reality and linking to grant announcements
  • Added "What's next?" section covering v2.1.0, upcoming v2.2.0, SamRock Protocol, and the BTCPay mobile app
  • Included case study links (Namecheap, Bitcoin People, Bitcoin Jungle) as concrete adoption examples

What about adding links to these integrations? I know it could become a bit "heavy", but they may be very useful for people looking for these alternatives.

But yeah, I think it's a good idea to de-emphasize external links. @Kokkomaki also mentioned that it can be overbearing, so this should make things better, at least visually:
