Promote sales UX, history filters, payment and inventory improvements

Promote develop's sales, payment and inventory improvements to main.

• Sales History sorts the displayed sale timestamp correctly, with separate order-created and last-updated options. Staff and device filters combine with date and restaurant filters; source choices follow enabled features.
• Sales cart rows open the line editor, preserve quantity/note/delete controls, and provide larger edit/delete touch targets. Dashboard Refresh remains readable on hover.
• Retail inclusive-price VAT rounding stays consistent through checkout and split settlement. Numeric checkout fields select their current value on focus or tap.
• Inventory preferences and expiry reminders live under Core Settings → Inventory. Low Stock supports a persistent multi-item restock basket, reviewed direct additions and supplier-grouped purchases; Stock Counts exposes recount and inventory actions.
• Missing interface translations are filled with AWS Translate; Nepali additions are translated separately because AWS does not support it.

The restaurant settlement-time, receipt grouping, status colours and larger touch controls previously merged to main are included in develop for testing.

Validation: 231 targeted API checks, 71 targeted frontend checks, 51 translation checks and the production frontend build passed. Repository pre-push checks and develop's required checks validate the integrated branch. Production deployment follows this promotion after required review.
