Fix sales history sorting and filters with touch-friendly editing

Sales History now shows and sorts by sale date and time, with separate order-created and last-updated sort options. Staff, device and order-source filters combine with existing date and restaurant filters; source choices follow enabled features.

Cart rows open the line editor without interfering with quantity, note or delete actions. Edit/delete touch targets are enlarged, and dashboard Refresh keeps its icon and text visible on hover.

Includes the restaurant settlement/receipt and touchscreen changes already merged into main, bringing develop up to date for testing.

Validation: 231 targeted API tests passed; frontend production build passed. Repository pre-push checks cover attribution, lint, formatting, API docs, packaging and the desktop suite.

When you have tested it, say what you did and what happened, and set
QA passed or QA failed. If you cannot set labels, just comment -
a maintainer will.

Reporting that something is broken is as useful as fixing it. It is
better found here than by a shopkeeper.
