Expiry and low-stock lists now show Previous only when a previous page exists and Next only when another page exists. The expiry list hides the whole pagination footer for zero or one page, including during loading.
Validation: 14 empty/single/first/middle/last-page boundary scenarios passed; frontend build, JavaScript syntax and attribution checks passed. Verified the five-item expiry list in staging. Targets develop first.
