Fix GSHCL item imports that rejected an omitted optional supplier, and hide Inventory Logs, Stock Counts and Low Stock when branch stock management is disabled. Existing stock quantities and historical records are unchanged.
Includes #1250 and #1251. Both passed their develop checks. JavaScript syntax and human attribution checks also passed locally.
This PR does not rebuild or publish the GSHCL Windows installer. Release follow-up: use a version newer than 1.9.2, validate signing and the GSHCL update feed, then publish the tested build through Intranet. Missing feature flags defaulting on, deletion sync, and incomplete CSV prices remain separate outstanding work.
