Use base price for Captain order additions in development

Captain develop now incorporates current main and the dark-mode order history fixes without losing checkout-price or pending-order recovery changes. The current order-details regression verifies items, notes, totals and action-button contrast in light/dark mode.
Validation: 629 unit/theme checks passed; web build, native-layout, attribution and signed Android build passed. Required Debug APK check passed. The full browser run was stopped at the user's explicit request to release immediately and test later. One table-picker timeout passed three unchanged isolated reruns. Physical handset installation, native reconnect and kitchen printing remain unverified. Release is an explicitly requested urgent update, not a claim that all acceptance testing is complete.
