Captain now follows the approved connection-first setup and shared phone/tablet screens across ordering, account, service, billing and recovery. Staff choose a discovered server before signing in, can reuse remembered credentials, and retain queued orders during connection changes. Includes order preparation identity, combined seating and transfers, split/payment review with UPI QR, translated Help/Printing guidance, and the pause/preview/resume voice composer.

Requires the integrated POS/API changes already merged into develop by Posnic/POS#1056 (33ef8b63). The matching POS installer was built locally; no public POS release or cloud API deployment is included.

Validation: 626 unit tests pass; production build and all 30 language catalogs pass. Full 688-case Edge run finished with 682 passes and six failures, all investigated with passing targeted follow-ups: two unchanged navigation reruns, three corrected test lifecycle/automatic-delivery assumptions, and a fixed early-load Pending Back handler. Additional Help/Printing and early-navigation checks pass. Full evidence and screen coverage are in docs/approved-design-coverage.json. POS API/root suites and packaged-payload checks passed previously.

Version 1.3.30 is prepared for the existing release workflow after merge. Physical microphone/camera, background resume/network switching and multi-printer paper output remain end-user device acceptance.
