Backport the base-price submission fix from #183 to develop without importing unrelated main-branch changes. Adding an item through order-history search must submit catalogue price, not final_price, which already includes exclusive tax.
Validation: the regression executing search/add/save passes on develop. Broader tests and web build passed on the main-based version in #183. Device verification will happen in development with POS #1064.
