Replace Captain's ordering presentation with the current table, menu, kitchen-batch and payment flows. Include compact table/guest entry, direct notes, light/dark appearance, offline Inter, voice recording/replay, paper-order entry, numbered takeaway handling and durable recovery. Quick sale now previews configured tax separately and sends the entered base for server calculation, avoiding tax being omitted or added twice.
The user requests this release for phone testing and has superseded the earlier requirement to finish native/physical verification before publishing a test APK. Preserve the remaining limits in release notes: native runtime, physical printer/audio and full visual acceptance are not all verified. POS server support is tracked in Posnic/POS#1122, promoted by Posnic/POS#1113.
Validation: current develop was integrated without conflicts; the full pre-commit check passed with 656 unit tests and 912 browser tests. Recorded isolated POS/Mongo testing confirmed Quick sale at 100 plus 5 tax and a 105 cash payment. No customer orders or payments were used.
