The standalone preloader pulls in unnecessary core setup and allocates state for every graph entry, even when most entries are never requested. Minify its private properties, remove unused timing state, and replay early requests without initializing unrelated bundles.
Keeps the existing graph format and public qPreload/qPreloadQueue protocol. This PR targets main directly and can merge independently of the render-graph and navigation patches.
Validation: pnpm build.core.dev; 13 focused tests covering the queue and the standalone build with property mangling enabled and disabled; Prettier and git diff --check. No new Firefox network benchmark was run for this extraction.
Summary by CodeRabbit
Performance
Reduced the preloader’s size and unnecessary work when processing bundle graphs.
Improved buffered preload handling so newly required resources retain priority, while avoiding creation of unused bundle records.
The preloader build configuration and runtime exports change. Bundle probability and timing tracking are updated, and buffered graph replay processes existing bundles rather than creating records for every graph entry.

Summary
Preloader build and runtime setup packages/qwik/src/core/preloader/constants.ts, scripts/submodule-preloader.ts, packages/qwik/src/core/preloader/preloader.unit.ts
The browser check reads the test flag from globalThis, and the exported config omits $DEBUG$. The submodule build configures Terser property mangling. Tests cover both mangling settings and buffered preload behavior.
Queue probability and timing fields packages/qwik/src/core/preloader/types.ts, packages/qwik/src/core/preloader/queue.ts
Probability adjustment keeps the smaller inverse probability. Queue logic and BundleImport no longer include bundle timing fields or shouldResetFactor.
Replay processes existing bundles against the parsed graph and yields at the configured deadline. Tests cover unrelated bundle records, yielding across many hints, and required priority. The changeset records a patch release and describes the preloader changes.
The smaller preloader has a bounded scheduling issue: required scripts can receive low preload priority during buffered replay. Mergeable with owner awareness; preserving required priority would avoid this performance regression.

Explanation
The title "perf(preloader): shrink standalone preload runtime" matches the main change. The PR reduces the standalone preloader runtime by minifying private properties, removing unused timing state (the $createdTs$, $waitedMs$, $loadedMs$ fields and related code), and replaying buffered hints without initializing unrelated bundles. The title is specific, concise, and follows a conventional commit style. It does not cover every detail, such as the yielding during replay, which is acceptable.

I don't understand this test. Does it check whether the preloader runs on its own? What's the point? Preloader needs the bundle-graph anyways no? It should not rely on core though indeed.
Verify property mangling in the generated preloader.
If the build stops mangling private properties, both cases can still pass because they check runtime behavior. Add an output assertion to detect this regression in the mangle=true case.

Add an assertion in the `mangle`-parameterized preloader test that inspects the
generated `preloader.mjs` output and verifies private-property mangling when
`mangle` is true. Keep the runtime behavior checks for both cases and avoid
requiring mangled output in the `mangle=false` case.
Add a replay test with a mocked MessageChannel that checks both ports close and port1.onmessage is cleared. The replay tests use the timer fallback, so they would still pass if resumeReplay.$destroy$ were removed.

Add a replay cleanup test near the existing replay tests that mocks
MessageChannel and verifies both ports are closed and port1.onmessage is cleared
after cleanup. Exercise resumeReplay.$destroy$ directly so the test covers
channel cleanup rather than relying on the timer fallback.

If an earlier replay chunk queues a required bundle, a later chunk can reset its probability before the scheduled trigger runs. The trigger can then create its link with fetchpriority="low". Restoring the probability does not update the link. Preserve the required priority while replaying dependencies.
