Update the remaining bindings on top of the Python bump: - Java (pom.xml, build.gradle) and Kotlin selenium.version - .NET Selenium.WebDriver/Selenium.Support packages - Ruby selenium-webdriver gem and Gemfile.lock (bundler 2.5.6) - JavaScript selenium-webdriver and package-lock.json Swap the bundled selenium-server-4.49.0.jar for 4.50.0 and update the hardcoded jar name in the Python, Ruby, .NET and JavaScript Remote WebDriver fixtures. 4.50.0 still ships CDP v153, so the existing v153 CDP examples in Java and .NET need no change.
