Description

Bumps Selenium to 4.52.0 and CDP to v156 in all code examples:

Java, Kotlin, .NET, JavaScript, Ruby: Selenium 4.52.0 (lockfiles updated).
Java and .NET CDP examples: v155 -> v156, and the Chrome version they pin is now 156.
Selenium Server jar name used by the Grid tests (Python, .NET, JavaScript, Ruby): 4.52.0. The committed examples/selenium-server-4.51.0.jar is replaced with 4.52.0.
Downloads page and bindings cards: 4.52.0 (October 29, 2026).

Python (selenium==4.52.0) and Ruby selenium-devtools (0.156.0) were already bumped. Line counts did not change, so gh-codeblock ranges stay the same.

Motivation and Context

Keep the examples on the latest Selenium release.
