Keep the My list empty state to one short line - #57

The empty state renders only after the device store loads. As a two-line paragraph it became the mobile LCP element (5.1s vs 3.0s before #55); the add field already links to ideas, so a single short line is enough. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Follow-up to #55/#56. Production Lighthouse showed the empty-state paragraph, which renders after IndexedDB loads, as the mobile LCP element on /bucket-list (score 80 vs 92 before #55). It was 15,200 px² against the server-rendered h1 at 6,125 px². It is now one short line; the add field already links to Explore. Production is rolled back to dc0beeac until this lands.
