Summary

switch the created-project bootstrap command to npx -y @spawn-dock/create --token ...
keep the bot copy aligned with the npm package flow
update the bot message test expectation

Validation

npx vitest run src/tests/bot-commands.test.ts


          fix(bot): use npx --yes in bootstrap command
