Repositioned twilight transition labels to sit beside the flight path using a geographic heuristic instead of overlapping the tube. Added an interactive timezone tooltip on desktop that displays the IANA timezone name and UTC offset when hovering over the globe with the timezone layer active. Highlighted timezone boundaries on hover with per-polygon detection.
