Summary
OKF moved to its own repository,
GoogleCloudPlatform/open-knowledge-format. Theknowledge-catalog/okf/copy is now a frozen snapshot whose README asks readers to stop using it. This repoints both README spec links (lines 5 and 41) at the canonicalSPEC.md.No engine change: the canonical spec is still v0.2 with conformance rules 1-3 unchanged, so
check_okfandOKF_VERSIONstay as they are. The one post-v0.2 spec edit (timestamp keys must be offset-bearing ISO 8601 datetimes) touches keys Scriptorium does not emit.Test plan
