Tests for #2203.
_v1is classified and rewritten as the bare document, not an org; plain/mcpchallenges name it._v1URL, and a new scenario checks that the alias returns the bare document.@modelcontextprotocol/sdkclient sends an expired token to plain/mcp. The client fetches the_v1document, tries its refresh token at the advertised authorization server, and opens sign-in there. It never requests the root discovery documents.
