Route sign-up and v2 paths on executor.sh to v2

The executor.sh edge (apps/cloud/src/edge/marketing.ts) now hands a few requests to v2 before the Start graph loads:

• GET /sign-up and GET /signup redirect (302) to V2_SIGN_UP_URL, a wrangler var set to https://v2.executor.sh/login?mode=signup.
• These exact paths are forwarded to v2's Worker over a service binding (V2): /.well-known/oauth-authorization-server/api/auth, /api/auth/callback/<provider>, /git/*, /.well-known/agent-skills/*. A pattern is exact or /x/*.

v1's own /api/auth/callback (no provider segment) stays with v1. Forwarding keeps the URL (v2 sees host executor.sh), method, body stream, status and headers including Authorization; it drops the Cookie header and client-sent X-Forwarded-Host/-Proto, and does not follow v2's redirects. Only requests for executor.sh are affected.

Also reserves the git, apps and experiments org slugs (the other edge roots were already reserved).
