Assert that production's V2 binding names the unplaced marketing Worker rather than the regional API.
Validation: 267 routing/configuration tests pass. Restoring the old API binding makes the new assertion fail.
Cloudflare Workers Builds currently fails with code 10143 because
executor-next-marketing-v2has not yet been deployed in production. This is the rollout dependency, not a compilation failure: deploy executor-next #2402 first, then retry this build.
