…ord sync Sprint 134 manual recovery commit f8a40eb only added Section 12 + 13. Sprint 133's living-record pattern (updating earlier sections inline) was not applied. This commit closes that gap by syncing the four sprint-evolving sections with Sprint 134 outcome: Section 1 (Executive Summary): - En kritik 3 bulgu finding #2 (sprint-reporter god object) marked RESOLVED in Sprint 134 (Task 134-009 4-way split). - Sprint 134 Update paragraph added (15 tasks, GO_WITH_TECH_DEBT, crash context, manual recovery, key deliverables). - Genel Verdict updated: NEEDS-WORK → MODERATE → MODERATE-PRODUCT. - Score line: 3.2 → 3.6 → 3.86 with marginal note. Section 5 (Top 10 Findings): - Added "Status (Sprint 134)" column. - Finding #3 (sprint-reporter god object) RESOLVED via Task 134-009. - Finding #6 (dep pipeline) RESOLVED with caveat (unit-test level only; runtime integration deferred to Sprint 135 P0 #4). - Sprint 134 Summary line: 9/10 resolved (1 deferred — async I/O). - New table appended: 4 NEW CRITICAL findings discovered during Sprint 134 execution (N1 coordinator resilience, N2 docker_hb_bug, N3 verify_loop enforcement, N4 subagent Bash restrictions).
