Adds a small fixed-position hint pill to the bottom-right of the page that reads 'Пасхалка ждет тебя!' (with a sparkle glyph). It is visible but subtle: low contrast, blurred backdrop, gentle opacity pulse, and respects prefers-reduced-motion plus narrow viewports.
