This change removes the https://pharos-mainnet.g.alchemy.com/v2 server from the Pharos OpenRPC document, so generated endpoint docs will only advertise Atlantic even though the quickstart still directs users to the mainnet URL (content/api-reference/pharos/pharos-api-quickstart.mdx:76). That inconsistency was introduced by this commit and can misroute production users to the wrong network when they copy examples from the API endpoint pages.
