🎉 truffleruby/truffleruby#4191 — merged March 2026 Fixed Process.spawn to raise Errno::EACCES instead of Errno::ENOENT when a file exists but is not executable, aligning TruffleRuby's behavior with MRI Ruby. Includes spec coverage and CHANGELOG entry.
